Supported Independent Living (SIL) - Woodford, Kilcoy, Carboolture
We help participants in Moreton Bay to find suitable supported independent living houses based on NDIS funded amounts.
Andis understands that you want to be as independent as possible. We help you make that happen, whether you want to live alone, with a flatmate, or with housemate. Our team has also assisted clients with complex needs in locating accommodations and supports that meet their needs and preferences.
What we offer you in SIL arrangements

- opportunities for relationship building and community engagement based on your goals and aspirations
- learning to shop, clean and cook, pay bills and do banking, use public transport or drive

Price list for Supported Independent Living supports -2023 /2024
Most of our clients in Caboolture, Kilcoy, and Woodford are living in supported independent living houses. Our clients with 1:1 packages are receiving 5-10% discounted prices. Because of this, our participants are receiving more support care hours. The price table shows our prices and other service providers’ prices to show the difference in rates.
All of our schedule of support reflect the rate for the relevant line item number. Some of our participants and families prefer to do service agreements with weekly SIL line item. Through weekly SIL claims we are invoicing a fixed amount per week throughout the NDIS plan period
